Eric has a BS in Agronomy from Purdue University. Eric holds both a QAL and PCA license along with 30 years technical Knowledge working in the pesticide, landscape supply and turf industries.

FERNANDO FREGOSO | Superintendent

Fernando has over fifteen years experience in landscaping and tree service. Fernando is a certified Maxicom operator and has supervised the landscape crews at Palm Valley Country Club, Desert Horizons, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and La Quinta Resort.

Petro was one of our first employees and has over 20 years experience working in the landscape industry. Petro has worked at various properties throughout the Coachella Valley including Desert Horizons Country Club, Toscana Country Club, Palm Valley Country Club, Monterey Country Club, Lake La Quinta and PGA West Fairways.

LORENZO AYALA | Supervisor


Lorenzo has been with Vintage Associates for over 16 years and has over 16 years working in the landscape industry. Lorenzo has worked at various Country Clubs throughout the Coachella Valley including Silver Sands, Palm Valley, Indian Ridge as well as notable properties such at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage.

GUILLERMO DELGADO | Supervisor

Guillermo has over fifteen years experience in all facets of landscape maintenance and holds a QAC license and is a certified arborist. Guillermo has attended turf management courses and seminars and has worked as a groundskeeper on notable courses throughout the Coachella Valley. Guillermo currently supervises Desert Horizon Country Club HOA.

LEONARD COLVIN | Golf Course Superintendent

Leonard joined Vintage Associates in 2008 to manage and oversee golf course operations at Motorcoach Country Club in Indio. Leonard has over eight years as Superintendent of Golf Courses such as the Classic Club, Mountain View Country Club and Portola Country Club. Leonard’s responsibilities range from hiring, training and managing the golf course crew, chemical and fertilizer applications, equipment maintenance and operations. Leonard is also proficient in the installation of golf course irrigation systems and lake circulation systems. Leonard has been certified on both Toro Site Pro and Nimbus II irrigation programming systems. Leonard’s ability to speak fluent Spanish to the maintenance crews enhances communication for training and management.
