Gregory A. Gritters | President and Managing Partner of Vintage Associates has over 30 years of domestic and international experience in commercial development, operations and project management.  Greg has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California.  Greg is a graduate from the internationally acclaimed Thunderbird School of Management with an MBA in international business.  Greg is certified by the Irrigation Association as a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor and is an EPA WaterSense Partner.  Greg is a participant in the California Landscape Company Association Water Managment program and leads the company’s initiatives in water management and conservation.  Greg’s emphasis has been identifying and acquiring the right personnel and financial resources required to maintain sustained growth for all divisions. 

 
  fran Fran Mullahy | serves as Manager of Business Development and is the Service Director for Maintenance, Tree Rite and Nursery Services.  Fran has over 10 years experience working in the landscape industry and combines over 25 years experience managing commercial and homeowner association properties into her work.
 
  yvonne Yvonne Leque| serves as Controller for all Vintage Associates divisions. Yvonne earned an Accounting Degree at College of the Desert.   Yvonne has over 20 years experience working in the landscape industry in the Coachella Valley.
 
  Al Alan Wayne Hollinger| Landscape Maintenance Division and Tree Rite Arbor Services Consultant. Al has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Cal. Poly University in Pomona.  Al has over 20 years of experience working on large HOA projects and extensive technical knowledge and qualifications:
  • I.S.A. Certified Arborist
  • C27 Contractor’s License
  • State qualified Applicator’s License
  • College of the Desert Instructor on horticulture related subjects
  • Author of numerous articles for regional trade publications
  • Guest speaker at Trade Seminars: PAPA, CAI, CLCA.

Joe Rojas | serves as Safety Coordinator. Joe has been with Vintage Landscape since its inception and has been in the nursery and landscape maintenance business since 1978.  Joe is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of landscape maintenance and brings his expertise to Vintage Associates as our Safety Coordinator.
